  This is securely managed via payment processing companies, and the Facility does not directly hold or manage such information.

• Image information such as photos or videos (If an individual can be identified, we will endeavor to obtain prior consent before publication)

2. Management of Personal Information

The Facility will strictly manage acquired personal information and take appropriate security control measures to prevent leakage, unauthorized access, etc. In addition, we will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to employees handling personal information and to subcontractors entrusted with such handling.

Our website may record information such as customers’ IP addresses, access dates and times, and browsing history as access logs. This information is used to improve website convenience and services and will not be linked to information that identifies individuals.

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand customer usage and improve our services. Google Analytics collects data through “cookies” but does not include information that identifies individuals.
